“Jersey” started in the Travel Industry before she was 20, working in her college internship for the New York State Department of Commerce, Division of Tourism. This young, full of energy 18-year-old worked on the original “I Love NY” campaign.
She has worked with groups such as the NY Rangers – NHL, she was a teacher in Adult Education classes in travel and tourism, and escorted groups in major cities including New York City, Philadelphia and Washington DC.
Her Travel and Tourism career grew and spread from the east to the west coast working as the Director of Acquisitions and Mergers for Liberty Travel. Helping owners grow their travel business in creative and financially profitable ways.
As a writer for the travel trades, she became noted for her resourcefulness in the travel industry.
Relocating to the West Coast she opened a corporate agency for investors and personally handled the team travel for Denver Nuggets, and the Golfers at the PGA International.
Teaching, training, and helping businesses grow is her passion. As the trainer for AAA Colorado, she trained all the Travel Managers and Travel Agents statewide.
Back to the East Coast, “Jersey” produced, wrote and hosted a radio talk show about Adoption. As an Adoptee she is very passionate about this subject and loves to talk to others in this community about there position, and how she may help seek and find where appropriate.
During her time back east she was picked out of 8,000 to become a National Celebrity Look-A-Like on Regis and Kelly. There isn’t a day that passes where she is told she looks like (*)… You can guess.
Non-profit work is also a passion working with St. Vincent DePaul Society, Muscular Dystrophy, Religious Education and was the Vice- President of Marketing for National Hispanic MBA, NSHMBA, Denver. Currently helping Junior Achievement, Project Angel Heart and Nepris.
Her travel career stretches over two decades, both in the retail and wholesale side of the Travel and Tourism Industry. She worked in Sales and Marketing for one of the largest Tour companies in the world and afforded her world travel for 10 years. During that duration she had the privilege of traveling to some of the most amazing destinations, some of which include: Italy, France, Switzerland, England, Germany, Hungary, Slovakia, Austria, Amsterdam, the Caribbean, Mexico, and most of the 50 US States including Hawaii, French Polynesian Islands, and New Zealand.
Jersey, has seen much of the world and continues to travel between speaking engagements. She just came back from New Zealand and Tahiti and will be traveling to Greece, Croatia, Italy, Ireland and Spain this year. She will be speaking around the world and meeting more potential Destination Specialists and Vendors for her company, Travel Entourage. She is currently accepting speaking engagements.
